how to resolve the coflicts

today i face a sitution in which one of my firemd come to me and say that that go to lab there is a problem between lab admin and students they did not allow the students .

students are standing infromt of room. two different approches


but who will be the victim

one person stop the student
second person use the students
two person fight and the victims are studetn
come to learn but feel furstration . three of them students peson 1 person 2 are in depressed.
